1:1 Performance & Leadership Coaching

My coaching is personal, purposeful, and grounded in the real demands of life and leadership. I take a holistic view because how you lead is influenced by how you live and show up. Grounded in an understanding of where you are currently, we’ll begin by setting meaningful goals that matter to you and we’ll work towards them with honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to stretch. In the interest of supporting your growth in ways that are lasting and real, I will challenge you.

 

At times, this will be me naming what’s hard for you to see or hear but meaningful growth often comes through discomfort. You’ll be able to measure progress, not just in outcomes, but in confidence, clarity, and how you navigate the moments that matter. And together we’ll shape the coaching experience to suit you. Sometimes stepping out into nature and different experiences to access a fresh space in which to garner new perspectives and make relevant breakthroughs that are important for you.

Evolving Team Performance

My work with teams is grounded in the principle of true “Partnership.” I collaborate closely with both leaders and team members to diagnose where the team is, where they want to go and how best to design a journey that drives meaningful change. I integrate working in the outdoors with teams where appropriate as it can accelerate team connection, trust and commitment to meaningful change. Many of the teams I work with are already achieving impressive results. However, the leap from high achievement to high performance involves so much more than meeting KPIs or hitting business targets.

 

High-performing teams don’t evolve by accident, they are intentionally crafted through trust, honest conversation and a shared purpose. By employing a data-driven methodology focused on 8 core behaviours that drive performance, I help teams tangibly monitor progress and create the space for real dialogue. We surface what’s working, address what’s holding them back and turn insights into action. This practical, human approach is tailored to the day-to-day reality of how teams operate and the uniqueness of every team.

Leadership Offsite Facilitation & Keynote Speaking

When I partner with organisations on leadership or team offsites, I always start with one question. What does success look like for you and the team from this offsite? Not just in terms of a well-run event but in terms of legacy. What lasting impact do you want this offsite to have on your team, your culture and your business?

 

The most impactful offsites are catalysts. With the right design and facilitation, they create clarity, improve connection and generate meaningful momentum in the months that follow the event. My role ranges from delivering a high-impact keynote to co-designing and facilitation some or all of the offsite experience. Whatever the format, I focus on ensuring that every element serves a clear purpose and leaves people feeling energised, aligned and ready to lead in a more evolved way moving forward.

Mental Fitness & Agility for Teams

In a world of constant change, uncertainty and pressure to perform, mental fitness and agility is a key skill to performing well and thriving during both times of challenge and periods of calm and stability. My mental fitness and agility programmes are based on 20 years of experience across leadership, adventure, and performance psychology.

 

With the opportunity to assess mental fitness and agility at the start and end of a programme, a key area of focus is on creating the right conditions to enable meaningful and sustainable behaviour change take place. This behaviour change is at the heart of what evolves levels of mental fitness for teams and individuals alike. These heightened states of mental fitness and agility positively influence how leaders show up, lead and perform as well as how they impact their team and the business as a whole.
