Team of Coaching Professionals
I do most of the work in my practice, so I don’t have a formal team of associates that I bring in to work with specific clients. However, I’ve been doing this work for 12 years and over that time, I’ve been very fortunate to meet some incredible people who do amazing work with individuals and teams. These are my “tribe” of great coaching professionals and we work with each other as the need arises. Sometimes, they bring me in to work with their clients and other times, I bring them in to work with mine. This is my team – the wide base of brilliant coaches and facilitators that I’m very fortunate to work with and learn from.

Ian Kingston
Having held senior management positions in banking & insurance, Ian set up his own business in 1995. His approach to 1-1 coaching is to provide medium to long-term support, maximising an individual executive’s potential to enhance their performance.
David Duggan
David worked in Broadcasting, Local Area Development & in the world of Training and Development. Experienced in Business Development & Client Management, he is the Managing Director of Below the Line and first point of contact for people interacting with Below the Line, and ensures their requirements are met to the highest standards.
