This was a 10-day traverse of Baffin Island, which sits on the Eastern side of the Canadian Arctic. This was an expedition I did with Peak Teams. The trip was called “Crossing the Divide and our team of 11 people traversed the Auyuittuq Pass on Baffin Island hauling our sleds across the ice, snow and frozen rivers. We used the expedition as a powerful team building exercise while also building a compelling immersive learning leadership development experience which we will now use with our clients.
